We ensure rapid replacement of technology in the event there is a manufacturers’ defect. Loan hardware will be configured ready for installation within 8 working hours of you logging a support call.

 

MONTHLY REPORTING

 

This overview report is emailed and provides daily details of incoming calls, outgoing calls, talk time, call time and associated averages.

 

FIRMWARE UPGRADES

 

Software updates from the manufacturer which improve the functionality, reliability and security of your devices are proactively installed with your consent.

 

REMOTE BACKUP

 

A monthly system configuration backup is securely stored offsite on a Focus Networks management server.

 

ADMIN ACCOUNT

 

A limited account is created so that the client can complete basic telephony tasks if required.
